What should I do if I discover fly-tipping?
- Do NOT touch the waste. Illegally dumped rubbish/waste can sometimes contain hazardous waste e.g. toxic chemicals, asbestos or syringes.
- Visually inspect the waste. Stand upwind, visually inspect the waste and assess any potential environmental hazards e.g. surface water or streams.
